Role Overview

  • The Integration Sales Consultant will develop and maintain relationships with indirect and direct integrator channel partners.
  • Goal is to increase market share for electronic security solutions and meet organizational goals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with target customers through consultative selling approach.
  • Consult and train integrator partners on product and solution applications.
  • Partner with integrator to identify new avenues for increased revenues and margin.
  • Execute strategic selling capabilities within integrator organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with Physical Access Control Software regional sales manager.
  • Partner with internal customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Advise integrator customers on product mix, applications, and promotions.
  • Follow up on job quotes with integrator partners to secure projects.
  • Communicate the value of technology and relate it to customer needs.
  • Exhibit understanding of electromechanical products, applications and solutions.
  • Support business partner initiatives to maximize sales results.
  • Maintain and utilize CRM tool for sales reporting.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong understanding of electricity, electronic components and total solution systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electronic solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate total solution system integration concepts.
  • Experience providing consultation on security and safety systems.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action.
  • Customer centric focus and ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Ontario, Canada territory.

Compensation

  • Expected Total Compensation Range: CAD 93,000 CAD 125,000.
  • Bonus Eligible: Yes SIP%.
  • Holiday & PTO Pay Eligible: Yes.
