- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs
- Maintain accurate client records and guide them safely through the initial onboarding and document collection phases
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the immigration, recruitment, or consulting industry in the UAE
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship building skills
- High digital literacy (experience with document management, PDFs, and CRM platforms is a plus)
- Must be currently based in the UAE and able to work from our office

Overview
- We are seeking a results oriented and dynamic Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Reach Europe in Dubai.
- In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to relocate, work, or study in Europe.
- You will guide candidates through our immigration and international recruitment services, helping them understand work contract procedures and visa pathways (such as for Poland, Latvia, and Italy).
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
