Immigration Processing Officer

Application Management

• Review and validate application files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized and updated client records in internal systems.
• Ensure all applications comply with immigration laws and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of case activities, communications, and decisions.

Client Consultation & Support

• Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility and immigration requirements.
• * Provide accurate guidance on appropriate visa categories and documentation requirements.
• Support clients throughout the visa process, including:
• Documentation preparation
• Follow-ups and updates
• Verify and manage all client documentation and handover responsibilities.

Communication & Service

• Respond to client inquiries professionally through email, calls, and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain a transparent, service-oriented, and client-focused approach throughout the process.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare reports and analyze case data to identify trends and improve processing efficiency.
• Utilize immigration management systems to maintain records and streamline workflows.
• Skillfully close sales deals and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in immigration or visa documentation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of European visa processes, Schengen requirements, and embassy protocols will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of immigration regulations and documentation standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with immigration software or database systems is a plus.

Language Skills
