- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their goals and assess their eligibility for various visa options
- Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of applications and other related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and regulations, and provide clients with the most current and relevant information
- Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documentation, ensuring all forms and paperwork are completed accurately
- Address and resolve any issues or complications that arise during the immigration process, providing strategic solutions and recommendations
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the application process
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy
Requirements
- Minimum 1 month of experience as a Sales Consultant or in a related role
- Comprehensive understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak Malayalam
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 MONTH of experience as an SALES Consultant or in a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful applications.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to various visa categories.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service and building positive client relationships.
