Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Case Manager to join our dynamic team at MAHREQ Documents Clearing Services LLC.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client files, handling escalations, and ensuring a smooth process for international work permit and visa applications.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate between clients, documentation teams, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client case escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Oversee work permit application processing and related documentation.
  • Do visa filing and prepare applicants for interviews and job applications.
  • Coordinate with clients for missing or updated requirements.
  • Review and verify client documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain organized case files and update internal tracking systems.
  • Liaise with embassies, consultants, and government agencies when needed.
  • Support the operations and immigration teams in ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration, case management, or visa/work permit processing.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience handling escalations or client service cases is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives.
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month.

Work Hours

  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 hour lunch break)
