Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration, case management, or visa/work permit processing
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience handling escalations or client service cases is an advantage

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month.
Work Hours
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 hour lunch break)
