Role Description

  • The Sales Consultant – Commission Based role is a full time, on site position located in Dubai.
  • The consultant will identify and qualify prospective clients seeking citizenship, residency, and related legal services, and conduct consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.

Responsibilities

  • Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings, preparing and delivering proposals, generating your own leads, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • The role involves close collaboration with legal and administrative teams to ensure accurate information is communicated, client expectations are managed, and documentation processes are clearly explained.
  • The consultant will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and represent Migrate World at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with a track record of guiding clients through complex decision making processes.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience in high end services, financial, legal, or immigration advisory environments, preferably within the GCC or international markets.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a commission based structure, be target driven, and demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Candidates should have good organizational and time management skills, proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and attention to detail in documentation.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Law, International Relations) is beneficial, and proficiency in additional languages beyond English is an advantage.
