- Identify opportunities for cross selling and up selling
- Assist clients via phone and emails
- Evaluate leads, identify high potential quotes, follow up and close deals
- Maintain monthly forecast for back orders and quotes
- Achieve and exceed the targets set
- Invite potential clients to the showroom for a hands on cooking experience
- Coordinate with logistics and service departments for delivery and installation
- Deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about all appliances
Requirements
- Experience in showroom sales or luxury retail
- Fluency in Arabic and Russian
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Role Overview
