Your Responsibilities
- You will guide customers through detailed consultations to support their appliance selection and purchase
- Through understanding customer needs, you recommend suitable products and solutions that support long-term use
- By identifying opportunities, you promote upgraded products and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- With a strong focus on service, you deliver a high-quality and engaging customer experience across every interaction
- As part of the sales team, you contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement
- Across multiple channels including telephone and email, you communicate confidently and respond to customer queries and quotations professionally
What we are looking for
Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role with the ability to build rapport and trust
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers across telephone and written channels
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
