Job Summary
The employer is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
The role requires report preparation, data analysis, presentations, coordination, communication, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, quotations, orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, customers, and internal departments to complete sales activities on time.
- Monitor sales targets, achievements, pending orders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and other reports required by management.
- Assist with quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer documentation.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and outstanding requirements.
- Schedule sales meetings and prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes when required.
- Support the Sales Manager with presentations, analysis, and other sales-related tasks.
