Job Summary
Support procurement operations through purchase order coordination, supplier communication, delivery tracking, and materials availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing from requisition through delivery and process purchase orders.
- Obtain quotations, assist with supplier selection, and communicate about pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Track outstanding orders, verify purchasing documents and invoices, and resolve issues with internal teams and suppliers.
- Maintain supplier and purchasing records, monitor inventory, support procurement reporting, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Previous purchasing, procurement, or similar coordination experience.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- ERP or procurement software experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 2,000 per month.
