- Make high volumes of outbound calls to cold and warm leads daily to introduce company offerings
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and interview prospects to identify how your service solves their problems
- Address customer concerns, answer service questions, and negotiate pricing to secure the sale
- Accurately log call dispositions, track customer data, and maintain lead pipelines using CRM software
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and lead generation KPIs

- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive demeanor
