- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi Market.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, hotel groups, government entities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking and market engagement.
- Promote and sell commercial fitness equipment and turnkey gym solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross margin targets.
- Develop long term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE
- Experience selling fitness equipment, gym solutions, or related commercial solutions highly preferred
- Strong network and established relationships within the Abu Dhabi market
- Valid driving licence
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

Job Purpose
- The Sales & Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving B2B sales growth and expanding BEFIT's presence in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leveraging an established network within the market to achieve sales
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi Market.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, hotel groups, government entities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking and market engagement.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Promote and sell commercial fitness equipment and turnkey gym solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross margin targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop long term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross selling.
- Ensure excellent after sales support in collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE.
- Experience selling fitness equipment, gym solutions, sports equipment, wellness products, or related commercial solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong network and established relationships within the Abu Dhabi market are mandatory.
- Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, hotel groups, government entities, or corporate clients.
- Valid driving licence.
