Role Overview
The role is a Sales Business Development Manager based in the UAE, with Dubai identified as the location.
The position seeks a high-performing sales hunter focused on new business acquisition.
The role targets new-logo opportunities across key industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for new UAE accounts.
- Develop new-logo acquisition strategies across target industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Engage CXO-level stakeholders and position solutions around business challenges.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams on proposals.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Use local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competition and market trends.
Key Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise sales or hunting roles, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Proven success in new business acquisition in the UAE market.
- A strong network with enterprise clients in the UAE.
- Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, or managed services.
