- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training programs
- Follow up with potential clients until registration and payment are completed
- Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into confirmed registrations
- Achieve monthly sales and registration targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales
- Ability to generate new leads independently and follow up until closing
- Strong communication, persuasion, follow up, and closing skills
- Experience in outbound calls, phone sales, and WhatsApp follow up
- Ability to work toward monthly sales targets and performance indicators

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and target driven Training Course Sales & Business Development Executive to join our training institute.
- The main purpose of this role is to promote training programs, generate new leads, contact potential clients, and convert prospects into confirmed course registrations.
- This role is suitable for someone with real sales experience who can build a client pipeline, make outbound calls, follow up consistently, and achieve monthly registration targets.
