About the Role
CounsellingX is hiring a Sales Business Development representative to build relationships with schools in the UAE, organize admission counselling webinars, and establish long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to schools across the UAE via phone and email to introduce CounsellingX services
- Connect with principals, counsellors and school management to arrange admission counselling webinars and knowledge sharing sessions
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions
- Conduct in person meetings at schools to strengthen relationships and discuss collaboration opportunities
- Visit CounsellingX’s office as required for meetings and routine tasks
- Achieve partnership and student conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and partnership progress
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in education sales, school outreach, or business development (preferred)
- Confident in speaking with school leadership and presenting value proposition
- Self motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Must be based in the UAE with ability to travel locally
- Freelance visa is a big plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Performance Bonus for achieving partnership targets.
- Commission for each student who avails counselling services through partnered schools.
- Travel expenses will be covered by the company.
- Phone expenses will be covered by the company.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in education sales, school outreach, or business development (preferred).
- Confident in speaking with school leadership and presenting CounsellingX’s value proposition.
- Self motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Must be based in the UAE with the ability to travel locally.
- Freelance Visa is a big plus.
