About the Role
CounsellingX is seeking a Partnerships and Community Manager to expand its network across schools in the MENA region. The role involves building partnerships with school leadership, coordinating events, creating social media content, and achieving referral targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools across the MENA Region
- Reach out to school principals, counselors, directors, and senior leadership to introduce CounsellingX's services
- Build long term relationships with school management and other key decision makers within the education sector
- Coordinate and secure opportunities for University Admission Webinars, Career Guidance Sessions, Parent Information Sessions, and Student Workshops
- Represent CounsellingX during meetings, presentations, networking events, and school visits
- Create engaging short form video content from schools, educational events, and different locations to promote higher education opportunities through CounsellingX's social media channels
- Work closely with the counselling team to convert partnerships into student enrollments
- Maintain records of outreach activities, meetings, partnerships, and follow ups using the CRM
- Achieve monthly partnership and student referral targets
Requirements
- Entry level to mid level professional with 1–4 years of experience
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, or Education Services is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with C level executives, school principals, and senior management
- Confident presenter with strong networking abilities
- Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content
- Self motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the MENA is preferred

Role Overview
- CounsellingX is a leading international education consultancy helping students gain admission to top universities across the world.
- We are looking for an energetic and confident Partnerships and Community Manager to expand our network across schools in the MENA Region and represent CounsellingX within the education community.
