Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and centrally publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and MIS dashboards.
- Analyse sales data to identify key trends, track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights to Wealth Management leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and customize reports and dashboards accordingly.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and perform deep dive analysis on specific products, regions, or client segments.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all published data and reports.
- Ensure 100% adherence to Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- 2 5 years of financial planning experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hands on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or financial reporting role preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Knowledge of financial planning skills, insurance laws, insurance products and investment products
- Good knowledge of tax law and general financial and economic market
