Role Description
The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.
The role manages and grows residential and commercial property portfolios while supporting clients through the real estate process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and list properties and conduct property viewings.
- Advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Support negotiations, documentation, and closing processes.
- Build relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Track leads, prepare reports, and collaborate on marketing strategies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and local market developments.
Qualifications
- At least two years of real estate sales experience in the UAE market is required.
- Skills in property valuation, market analysis, transaction coordination, and real estate development are required.
