This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sharjah.

The Real Estate Agent will manage day-to-day client interactions, including responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting property viewings, and providing detailed information on listings, neighborhoods, and market trends.

The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating offers and contracts, and supporting clients through the entire transaction process.

The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams and developer partners, maintain accurate listing and client records, and stay current on local regulations, market developments, and investment opportunities to offer informed guidance.

• Candidates have to possess strong Real Estate market knowledge at least 2 years in UAE , including familiarity with residential, commercial, and investment properties in the UAE.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide responsive, personalized support to diverse clients.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English and any other language, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with CRM and listing platforms, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A valid UAE driving license and the ability to move within Sharjah and nearby emirates for property visits and client meetings are preferred.
