Job Description
Sales Automation Specialist bridging commercial teams and technology functions.
Transform agency incentive programs, sales processes, reporting requirements, and digital content into scalable automated solutions.
Work across Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms, Databricks, Tableau, and Adobe Experience Manager.
Accountabilities
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation opportunities.
- Support and validate agency incentive calculations and sales performance metrics.
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and commercial reporting solutions.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce or equivalent CRM reporting, workflows, and automation.
- Manage and update Adobe Experience Manager website content and components.
- Link business stakeholders with technical development teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by automating manual sales, reporting, and content-management processes.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales automation, CRM analytics, or digital solutions roles.
