Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in sales or retail (preferably in fashion)
- Ability to achieve sales targets and provide product recommendations
- Proficiency in Arabic; English is a plus
- Ability to maintain store appearance and organize products according to display standards
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Interest in fashion and ability to provide outfit coordination suggestions
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent

الوصف الوظيفي (Job Description)
- نبحث عن بائعة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، تكون مسؤولة عن استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وتقديم المساعدة المناسبة لاختيار المنتجات.
- تشمل المهام اليومية المحافظة على ترتيب المعرض، وتنظيم المنتجات وإعادة تعبئة المخزون، والتأكد من جاهزية غرف القياس والعروض.
- تتضمن الوظيفة إتمام عمليات البيع بدقة، والتعامل مع الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفق سياسات الشركة، والالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل والصندوق.
المهام اليومية (Daily Tasks)
- استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم وفهم احتياجاتهم.
- تقديم المساعدة المناسبة لاختيار المنتجات.
- المحافظة على ترتيب المعرض وتنظيم المنتجات وإعادة تعبئة المخزون.
- التأكد من جاهزية غرف القياس والعروض بشكل مستمر.
- إتمام عمليات البيع بدقة والتعامل مع الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
- الالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل والصندوق.
- المساهمة في تنفيذ العروض الترويجية ومشاركة ملاحظات العملاء.
- العمل مع فريق المعرض لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة (Qualifications)
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
- خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو قطاع التجزئة (يفضل في مجال الأزياء).
- القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم توصيات للمنتجات.
- إجادة اللغة العربية، وتعتبر اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على المحافظة على مظهر المعرض وتنظيم المنتجات وفق معايير العرض.
- معرفة أساسية باستخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) والتعامل مع النقد.
- اهتمام بالأزياء والموضة والقدرة على تقديم اقتراحات تنسيق الملابس.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى.
Role Description (English)
- This is a full time, on site Sales Associate role based in Riyadh.
- The Sales Associate will welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Responsibilities include maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor, replenishing stock, and ensuring merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines.
- The role also involves processing sales transactions, handling exchanges and returns, and accurately operating the point of sale system.
