Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Growth Specialist to manage paid media channels, analyze performance data, and drive revenue growth through data-backed marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Manage CRM campaigns through Insider, including customer segmentation, automation, email, push notifications, and personalization.
- Track and improve key metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Develop actionable growth plans based on insights from marketing, CRM, and sales data.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Growth, or E-commerce Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, GA4, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with Insider CRM or similar customer engagement platforms is highly preferred.
