The role of the Sales Associate is to assist the Team Leaders and Store Manager in all aspects of the Hermès store within Hermès standards.
The Sales Associate will provide exceptional client experience to all clients whilst supporting the store with daily operations and back-of-house duties.
The Sales Associate will assist in maintaining the store environment, image of the House and will be involved in store related activities.
Responsible for the contribution of all daily store operations including but not limited to:
Strives to provides exceptional client experience in line with the Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and benchmarks to every client in Hermès
Practices the Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals
Clientele with current and potential clients to establish and maintain client relationships
Handle complex client experience concerns and issues, i.e. dissatisfied customers, exchanges, returns, after-sales according to the Store Notebook
Offer exceptional aftersales experience to all clients with assessment of repairs and accurate completion of relevant forms
Capture accurate and relevant information through POS and CRM systems
Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
Utilise professional and elegant dialogue with clients and team members
Being a proactive Ambassador for assigned métier

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
A strong background in customer service and/or sales.
in a luxury environment is advantageous.

Excellent relationship development skills with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
Display a high standard of presentation and grooming.
