Join the POP MART Phenomenon POP MART is a global pop‑culture and designer‑toy brand with 550+ stores and 2,300 Robo Shops across 30+ countries.

As we continue to expand across Australia, we’re hiring permanent Full‑Time, permanent Part-Time and Casual Sales Associates to join our brand-new store in Highpoint (opening 24th July 2026).

This is a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, ideal for people who enjoy customer interaction, thrive during busy trade, and want to grow with a global brand.

Work with products customers genuinely love — collectors, fans and families
Weekly new releases keep every day exciting and fast-moving

Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling Maintain Store Standards
Replenish stock and maintain strong visual merchandising
Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy Support Daily Store Operations
Process transactions accurately through POS
Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures
Support product launches and peak trading periods

Who You Are We’re looking for people who are:

Confident and customer-focused communicators
Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles
Energised by fast-paced, high-volume environments
Reliable, positive and able to stay composed during busy periods
Quick learners with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese highly regarded)

Flexible availability across all 7 days is required
Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts
Able to work shopping centre hours
For Full-Time, rosters will be structured, either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday with two RDOs together
Open availability during peak season November to January each year

Important Dates – New Store Opening Successful candidates will need to be fully available to support the setup and grand opening of our new store:

Grand opening: 24th July
Setup period from 20th July
