Create meaningful client connections and guide customers through their Cartier journey.
Support boutique goals through personalized advice, product knowledge, and client relationship development.
Sales Achievements
- Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with Cartier service excellence standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales objectives through consultative selling and product knowledge.
- Schedule appointments and develop client profiles to convert clienteling opportunities.
Client Relationships
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and foster loyalty to the Maison.
- Grow and manage a client portfolio to maximize engagement and sales potential.
- Execute targeted CRM actions to drive stronger client connections and repeat business.
- Represent Cartier during client events and exclusive activations.
Boutique Operations
- Uphold operational compliance across boutique procedures and policies.
- Ensure accurate stock management and participate in inventory processes.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation of the boutique.
