Responsibilities
- Supervise the sales team daily, distribute tasks, and monitor performance
- Achieve sales and profitability targets and key performance indicators
- Monitor customer traffic in the showroom and ensure professional service
- Train and guide the sales team on selling skills, customer service, and furniture products
- Prepare daily schedules and organize working hours and vacations
- Follow up on promotional offers and ensure correct implementation in the showroom
- Monitor product display and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouses to provide required products
- Prepare periodic reports on sales, achievements, and challenges for management
- Monitor competitors and market trends and suggest initiatives to increase sales
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of sales experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
- Preference for experience in furniture or retail sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

الهدف الوظيفي
- قيادة فريق المبيعات داخل المعرض لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية الشهرية والسنوية.
- تقديم تجربة عملاء مميزة وضمان تطبيق معايير العرض والتشغيل الخاصة بالعلامة التجارية.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحسين نتائج المبيعات بشكل مستمر.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف اليومي على فريق المبيعات وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والربحية ومؤشرات الأداء المعتمدة.
- متابعة حركة العملاء داخل المعرض وضمان تقديم خدمة احترافية.
- تدريب وتوجيه فريق المبيعات على مهارات البيع وخدمة العملاء ومنتجات الأثاث.
- إعداد الجداول اليومية وتنظيم أوقات العمل والإجازات.
- متابعة العروض الترويجية وضمان تطبيقها بالشكل الصحيح داخل المعرض.
- مراقبة عرض المنتجات والتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير العرض البصري.
- معالجة شكاوى العملاء وحل المشكلات بما يحقق رضا العميل.
- متابعة المخزون والتنسيق مع المستودعات لتوفير المنتجات المطلوبة.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالمبيعات والإنجازات والتحديات ورفعها للإدارة.
- متابعة المنافسين والسوق واقتراح المبادرات التي تساهم في زيادة المبيعات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات، منها سنة واحدة على الأقل في منصب إشرافي.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع الأثاث أو التجزئة.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية وإدارة فرق العمل.
- مهارات البيع والتفاوض والإقناع.
- القدرة على تحليل مؤشرات الأداء والمبيعات.
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات التواصل الفعال باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق المستهدفات البيعية.
