- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of the sales process
- Create and maintain a list of prospective clients using CRM tool
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment as a brand ambassador
- Deliver personalized, unbiased advice to customers
- Achieve key business metrics and deliver best in class customer experience
- Manage inventory receiving, signing, and securing inventory
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
- Complete daily operations tasks such as opening and closing the kiosk
- Manage cash, point of sale, and inventory systems
Requirements
- Customer facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point of sale system
- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 30 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extensive periods
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset

Overview
- Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate
- Reports To: Store Manager
- Requirements: 32 40hr/week availability
What you will accomplish
- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics
- Offer a best in class customer experience
- Participate in documented coaching conversations
- Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
- Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
- Complete all required training modules and tasks
- Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
