Responsibilities
- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics
- Offer a best in class customer experience
- Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
- Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
- Manage cash, point of sale and inventory systems
Requirements
- Customer facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point of sale system
- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 30 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset

Overview
- Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate
- Reports To: Store Manager
- Location: Bramalea City Centre, Brampton ON
- Salary: CAD 17.60/hr + commission
- Requirements: 32 40hr/week availability
What you will accomplish
- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
- Offer a best in class customer experience.
- Participate in documented coaching conversations.
- Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
- Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk.
- Complete all required training modules and tasks.
- Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies.
