Role overview
The Sales Associate supports sales activities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The role involves customer engagement, solution recommendation, follow-up, relationship management, and sales-target support.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and present suitable products or services.
- Support the sales process from initial inquiry through purchase.
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate product information.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Support sales targets, maintain accurate records, and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify sales opportunities and resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confident and professional approach when engaging with customers.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
