Role Overview
Strategic, people-focused Learning and Development Manager role strengthening employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
The role partners with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assess learning needs and identify capability gaps.
- Develop training strategies and relevant development plans.
- Coordinate learning programs and manage training calendars.
- Develop learning content and support leadership and talent development programs.
- Monitor learning outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate learning needs into effective development solutions.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative ability to develop engaging learning content and activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS or digital learning platforms.
- Knowledge of leadership development, coaching, assessment tools, or organizational development is an advantage.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset focused on people development.
