• Demonstrate mastery of Audemars Piguet brand fundamentals, history, heritage, watch collections, references, features, prices, and sales pitches.
• Stay current on competitor products, industry trends, and evolving best practices.

• Adapt communication through active listening and understanding of client needs, desires, and motivations.
• Build respectful and loyal relationships through storytelling, emotional connection, and informed conversations.
• Use interests such as history, art, travel, sports, and luxury items to connect with clients.

Business and Operational Excellence

• Comply with company policies and procedures for IT tools, security, retail operations, administration, and data protection.
• Follow AP dress code, grooming guidelines, and luxury industry standards.
• Work with the team to complete operational tasks on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• At least two years of luxury watch industry experience is required.
• Experience managing client relationships and client experience in luxury retail is required.
