Client experience capabilities
- Demonstrate mastery of AP brand fundamentals, history, heritage, products, and services.
- Stay current with evolving industry trends, luxury trends, hospitality standards, and client expectations.
- Use storytelling and general culture to create meaningful and personalized connections with clients.
- Provide hospitality, service excellence, discretion, and attention to detail.
Client experience delivery
- Deliver a highly personalized and seamless client journey aligned with AP hospitality standards.
- Coordinate client visits, appointments, and tailored experiences.
- Anticipate client needs and provide bespoke hospitality that supports comfort, discretion, and emotional engagement.
- Manage client feedback and identify opportunities to improve experience quality.
- Reinforce brand perception and client loyalty through client interactions.
- Collaborate with boutique and AP House teams to maintain a consistent client experience.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders involved in delivery.
Team and event coordination
- Act as a role model in hospitality, service excellence, and team support.
- Support the Deputy House Director Hospitality with team coordination and service delivery.
- Support event organization and delivery, including logistics, client journey, and on-site experience execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly client activations aligned with brand standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with CRM, Retail, and Marketing stakeholders to support client engagement and participation.
