We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, and help achieve store sales targets while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- English proficiency (Arabic or other languages are a plus in the UAE)
