Customer Service

  • Welcome every customer warmly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, shelf life, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Build long term customer relationships through excellent service.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross sell products to increase the average transaction value.
  • Promote seasonal items, gift boxes, flowers, chocolates, cakes, beverages, and promotional offers.
  • Encourage repeat business through outstanding customer service.

Cashier Responsibilities

  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Process cash, credit/debit card, mobile wallet, and online payments.
  • Open and close the cashier according to company procedures.
  • Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Print receipts and ensure every transaction is correctly recorded.
  • Report any payment discrepancies immediately.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and void transactions only with proper authorization.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding financial transactions.
  • Ensure the cashier area remains organized and secure.

Online Platform Management

  • Check all platforms every hour.
  • Ensure the branch status is Online during operating hours.
  • Turn OFF unavailable products immediately.
  • Turn products back ON once available.
  • Accept and prepare orders promptly.
  • Monitor order preparation times.
  • Minimize order cancellations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and supervisors regarding unavailable items.
  • Report any platform technical issues immediately.
  • Ensure menu prices, availability, and product images remain accurate.
  • Monitor customer comments and delivery issues when applicable.

Inventory Management

  • Perform daily inventory counts as scheduled.
  • Conduct inventory using barcode scanners only.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) at all times.
  • Check expiry dates daily.
  • Separate expired, damaged, or returned products according to company procedures.
  • Report stock shortages immediately.
  • Assist in receiving stock deliveries.
  • Verify received quantities against invoices and transfer documents.
  • Report damaged or missing items immediately.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy at all times.

Product Quality & Food Safety

  • Ensure all products meet Pistach & More quality standards.
  • Inspect products before displaying them.
  • Remove expired or damaged products immediately.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor refrigerators and display units to ensure proper temperatures.
  • Report any quality issues immediately.

Merchandising

  • Maintain attractive product displays.
  • Refill shelves before products run out.
  • Ensure correct pricing and product labels.
  • Follow company display standards.
  • Keep shelves organized and clean.
  • Rotate products according to FIFO.

Shop Operations

  • Open and close the store according to company procedures.
  • Maintain branch cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Ensure packaging materials are sufficiently stocked.
  • Prepare gift packaging when required.
  • Answer telephone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with customer collections and pre orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse regarding urgent stock requirements.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

  • Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, display shelves, refrigerators, cashier area, preparation area, storage area.
  • Follow daily cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and operational.

Teamwork

  • Work cooperatively with colleagues.
  • Support other branches when required.
  • Attend all company meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow management instructions promptly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior.
