- Determine the client’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening to the client and leveraging product knowledge from brand trainings
- Encourage clients to try on the product by providing personalized consultations and product application while educating the client
- Create a branded, luxury client experience
- Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment
Requirements
- 2 4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Positive attitude and self motivation to win every customer
- Exceptional influential skills
- Proven ability to focus and perform
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
