Responsibilities
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e mail, google ads, etc.) and drive traffic to shops
- Collaborate with marketing professionals and social media influencers such as beauty vloggers/bloggers to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan, create and execute overall business visual merchandising strategy, brand visuals, and marketing promotion activities
- Assist with designing appealing merchandise displays to attract visitors to the store
- Design various window displays and signs as well as special promotions displays and signs
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends
- Assist with managing visual merchandising plans and designs for new store opening
Requirements
- 4 years experience as Marketing (or similar role) in the UAE
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as social media etc.) and market research methods
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.), and visual software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

You are Perfect Candidate If You Have
