- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help customers choose flowers, bouquets, gifts, and customized arrangements
- Handle in store sales, POS billing, and payment collection
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the shop and display area
- Assist in arranging flowers and preparing bouquets when required
- Manage customer orders from walk ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and online platforms
- Coordinate with delivery staff for timely deliveries
- Restock flowers, packaging materials, and gift items
- Support inventory counting and stock management
- Upsell products such as chocolates, balloons, greeting cards, and gift add ons
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when needed
- Follow company standards for customer service and shop operations
Requirements
- Previous retail or flower shop experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and creativity is a plus

Job Summary
