Role overview
MedPG is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to support sales activities and contribute to business growth.
The role involves customer engagement, needs assessment, product or service presentation, and support throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
- Introduce products and services, prepare quotations and sales materials, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and support sales campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and assist with order coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Work toward sales objectives while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
- Good understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and business development.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
