Role Overview
Lead learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and support organizational performance.
Identify learning needs, develop training programs, and align talent development with business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous development across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability gaps.
- Develop annual learning plans and practical development programs.
- Design and deliver training for different employee groups.
- Coordinate internal and external learning resources.
- Work with department leaders and HR teams on development priorities.
- Develop training materials, learning frameworks, competency models, and development programs.
- Track participation and learning effectiveness.
- Analyze feedback and performance outcomes to improve learning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development, adult learning, talent development, and organizational capability building.
- Excellent training design, facilitation, presentation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
