Role Overview
Support sales activities, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The role supports the sales process from initial customer contact through closing.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and present products or services.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Support sales activities from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain accurate customer information and monitor sales activities.
- Work with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
