Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers professionally.
- Introduce products and services and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
- Execute sales transactions and issue invoices as needed.
- Organize and maintain product displays for cleanliness and presentation.
- Monitor product availability and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide a distinguished customer experience and maintain a high service level.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
