The Sales Assistant facilitates positive customer experiences and supports sales within the retail store.

What You Will Do
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold store standards.
- Create positive customer impressions through an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code.
- Greet customers when they enter and thank them when they leave.
- Provide current and relevant product information to customers.
- Provide quality fitting room service and attempt to add on to sales.
- Provide efficient cash wrap service, offer gift cards, and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
- Capture customer information in the database.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Customer service and customer engagement skills.
- Basic proficiency in cash transactions and gift card offerings.
Qualifications
- A high school degree is required.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience is necessary.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform some heavy lifting.
- Proficiency in verbal communication.
