Sales Assistant

• Receive, process, and manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism
• Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers and internal stakeholders
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems and CRM software
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Assist in organizing sales materials, inventory information, and customer databases
• Coordinate between customers and the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative problem-solving and mutual support
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately to support sales goals

• Upper Secondary School education or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM software
• Sound understanding of sales procedures, order processing, and customer management systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
