Job Summary
The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
The role coordinates sales activities, documentation, customer requirements, travel arrangements, inventory follow-up, and related administration.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
- Provide daily administrative support.
- Prepare and organize sales documents, reports, and records.
- Coordinate customer orders, invoices, quotations, and other sales documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales databases.
- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Coordinate visas, ticketing, insurance, and related employee administration with HR/Admin.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and coordinate Sales team activities.
- Follow up on customer requests and direct them to the relevant department.
- Maintain accessible document filing.
- Assist with purchase requests, office supplies, and other administrative requirements.
- Handle routine inquiries, escalate issues, and perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum high school diploma.
