Pre-Make Ready
- Prepare the next job according to the Factory Job Ticket from the Team Leader.
Job Production
- Fill the machine with the correct ink prepared by the ink section or received from suppliers.
- Fix the printing plates and blankets on the machine.
- Set machine parameters according to work instructions and Lead Operator guidance.
- Make the job ready and conduct color matching within the customer-approved shade range.
- Adjust machine settings to match client requirements.
- Provide samples to Quality Control for inspection and first-sample approval.
- Maintain machine parameters until the end of the job.
- Monitor impression, registration, and ink properties throughout the printing process.
- Keep the machines and premises clean at all times.
Role Requirements
- Ability to follow Factory Job Tickets, work instructions, and Lead Operator guidance.
- Ability to perform customer-approved color matching and machine adjustments.
- Ability to maintain clean machines and premises.
