Role Overview

The Sales Associate supports retail sales, customer experience, store presentation, and operational excellence.

Success includes making positive customer impressions, managing transactions efficiently, and contributing to sales targets.

Store Environment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Ensure visual presentation standards are consistently met.

Customer Engagement and Service

  • Greet customers immediately with a welcoming greeting and create a positive first impression.
  • Thank customers as they leave and invite them to return.
  • Provide current product information and quality fitting-room service.
  • Attempt to add to sales to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations

  • Provide efficient service at the cash wrap and offer gift cards.
  • Maintain cash-wrap cleanliness.
  • Capture customer information in the database to support customer relationship management.

Qualifications

  • A high school degree is required.
  • One to two years of retail sales experience is required.
  • Good verbal communication and strong customer-service orientation are required.
  • The role requires heavy lifting and standing for a minimum of eight hours.
  • The ability to maintain cleanliness and visual standards is required.
