General Role Description

Role Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain a team providing technical expertise, motor and drive system solutions, and technical proposals to OEM and end-user clients with the sales force.
• Allocate team resources for technical proposals, cost analyses, supplier specifications and costs, and client meetings.
• Ensure commercial and technical proposals are timely, accurate, thorough, compliant, and effectively communicated.
• Design competitive technical approaches to resolve client issues.
• Lead technical article writing and presentations at conferences and client meetings.
• Assess lifecycle value of motor and drive products and services for key clients and applications.
• Create tools and collateral for new products and applications for the sales team.
• Plan and manage cross-functional launches and implementations of new drive and motor offerings.
• Ensure business activities are properly reported using CRM tools.
• Identify product and service opportunities, improvements, and resource limitations that affect business growth and plan commitments.
• Develop processes to track and measure organizational operational quality and efficiency.
