First Idea Consultant LLC seeks a Business Development & Social Media Executive to create engaging social media content, appear on camera, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts content
- Record videos and confidently appear on camera to promote company services
- Generate creative ideas for reels and business related content
- Respond to social media inquiries and convert them into sales leads
- Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
- Work with the marketing team to increase brand awareness
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily activity reports
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident speaking in front of the camera
- Attractive personality with strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience creating reels and short form social media videos
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar video editing tools
- Sales or business development experience is preferred
- Self motivated, energetic, and target driven

Job Description
- Position: Business Development & Social Media Executive
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience) + attractive commission on sales.
- Location: Business Bay, Dubai

- Generate creative ideas for reels and business related content.
