First Idea Consultant LLC seeks a creative AI-driven content creator to produce high-quality short-form videos and manage social media presence for brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging AI generated reels and short form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to produce videos, voiceovers, captions, subtitles, and graphics
- Record and edit videos featuring the CEO and company team
- Design eye catching social media posts, carousels, and promotional graphics
- Publish content across all social media platforms according to the content calendar
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls to action
- Monitor social media trends and create relevant, viral content
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats for different platforms
- Coordinate with SEO, Google Ads, and website teams to support marketing campaigns
- Track content performance and provide weekly reports with recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Experience with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms
- Ability to work independently and meet daily content deadlines
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic is an advantage

Employment Details
- Full time, office based position in Business Bay, Dubai.
- Six day work week.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Performance based incentives for achieving marketing and lead generation targets.
Pay
- AED 3,000 AED 5,000 per month.
