Position Summary
Sales and Operations Management Trainees build a foundation in sales and operations while developing toward future management opportunities.
The role includes training and mentoring across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology.
Compensation
- Pay rate is $26.25 per hour.
Location
- Primary location is 80 Production Drive, Scarborough, Ontario.
- The role includes travel to customer yards, nearby locations, training sites, and the United States for training.
Responsibilities
- Develop consumer and commercial solutions for local and national accounts.
- Manage vehicle inventory and balance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Complete other projects assigned by the supervisor.
